How can I pay for my order?: You can use a credit card via PayPal (you don't need an account) or you Email Money Transfer (Please include your Order number in the message to ensure proper processing!)
I have placed my order for a digital image how do I get the download?: Please allow up to 24 hours once you have placed the order and processed your payment. You will receive a new paid receipt via email and the links to your purchased image will be there!
I missed the deadline can I still order my child's images?: Yes you can still order the images, simply log in. Any print order will be shipped to home and have a shipping and handling fee to cover the costs.
How do I get a class photo?: Please log in using the password you were provided to learn what options are available for the class photo.
The link to my digital file has expired - what do I do?: Please email info@life-photography.ca and include your order number as a reference.
Do you offer packages?: Yes, there are both digital and print options for packages. Simply select and image, click on the cart and your options will appear
I have more than one child how do I order a package?: There are several package option that allow for more than one image so families who like multiple images can save!
